In fact, it is in the cultural realm that the country is at its most dynamic. ・preparatory it （強調構文 ＜It is ～ that …＞）：假に主語 it を置いて、文のうち強調したい部分を前に出して～の位置に置き、接續詞 that に續けて…に文の殘りを置きます。
It is と that をとりのぞいても文が成立するのが、この文體の特徴です。語順は無論變はることがあります。
留意點としては、動詞を～の位置に置くことはできないこと、過去形の文の場合は、It was ～となることがあること、人間が～に置かれると that が who に變はることがあることです。
