I could resume push-ups from 30 times yesterday, down one time from the previous record, and I
hope to continue them as long as possible.
I also could keep no-smoking for one year and 266 days in a row.
It's sometimes sunny in the morning but now pretty cloudy and it looks like it may be rainy
pretty soon just as weather forecasts said.
When it comes to weather reports, Ms Mamiko Okamura, who is in charge of weather forecasts at
the NHK 7pm TV News program on week days, is .... very personally .... normally pretty.(?)
Anyway I like her voice.....and sometimes her sense of fashion.

I didn't do push-ups intentionally yeaterday simply because I got very tired after going shopping
to one of the Yamada Denki's stores near Nagoya Station.
I bought an electric pot at a cost of 3,580 yen including tax which I think is really a good buy.
Actually it is one of the limited time offers until the end of August, so I must have been lucky.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 265 days in a row, and resumed standing-with-one-leg.
It's greatly sunny like one of the typical summer days....it's so hot....
I really have to beware of dehydration and heat stroke.

Although it's very hard for me, I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to
31 times, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 264 days in a row.
It's actually GREATLY cloudy, and sunsine is blocked, so the temperature at eleven in the
morning was under 30 degrees.....What a relief!
My pot has broken....I'm planning to buy another one...or an electric kettle, which may be
cheaper than a pot.

I really managed to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to 30 times and kept over
25-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 263 days in a row.
It's actually cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya and I really hope the highest temperature
will get below 30 degrees as soon as possible.
I have been fed up with summer heat for a long time.
I felt very very tired when I wake up this morning.....I don't know the reason......maybe
fatigue during the summer may have been accumulated.

and I hope to continue them and increase the number little by little.

It's actually sunny?.....rather it's cloudy.
Because coulds sometimes block sunshine, I feel a little milder today than usual August days.
Actually I may have had a cold ....and a sore throat....Is this also a sign of fall coming?

I didn't do push-ups intentionally yesterday simply because I didn't feel like doing any physical
exercises and I felt I needed a break once in a while.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 261 days in a row.
I've noticed that the stairs I have to pass on my way to the work place have begun being covered
with shadow because the sunshine is declining littl by little.
So, I really feel and am sure that this year's summer is steadily coming to an end.

I did over-60-minute walking for the third straight day, and managed to increase the number of
push-ups by just one time to 30 times and kept over-25-time push-ups for the fourth straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 260 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny but actually was not too hot while riding a bike on my way to the work place.
The humidity might be lowering day by day although weather forecasts say the days in this September
will still be like summer days....I really don't hope so.
