It has been seven years and one hundred and seventy-three days in a row
since I quit smoking.
I wasa able to keep 19-time push-ups for the third successive day and over
9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred and twentieth straight day.

It's still been raining since this morning.
I'm afraid it's a little heavy rain and I feel a little cold.
According to weather reports on the Internet, the temperature is now only
17 degrees in Nagoya, and so I've worn a winter jacket.
I must be lucky because I didn't put away one item of winter clothing and
a winter comforter into a closet.
Anyway, I have to be careful not to catch a cold.

Seven years and one hundred and seventy-two days in a row have passed
since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred
and nineteenth consecutive day including the latest two days of 19 times of them.

It has been raining since this morning in Nagoya with the predicted highest
temperature of 22 degress, which may make me feel a little cold since the
rain clouds are blocking sunlight.
I got some beer last night and I've noticed that I feel a little heavy maybe
due to the beer.
I think it might be better to stop drinking beer.......I'm afraid.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for seven years and one
hundred and seventy-one days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just one time to 19 times,
and kept greater than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one hundrd and
eighteenth straight day.

It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya and it's actually humid.
According to weather reports, this year's rainy season has begun in Kyushu,
and I think the season will start in Nagoya very soon.
Well,....judging from humid weather of these few days in Nagoya, the rainy
season here might have already started.

I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and one hundred and
sixteenth consecutive day including the most recent seven days of 18 times of them.

It's sunny but actually I feel it's very humid with little wind in Nagoya.
I'm sure this year's rainy season is just around the corner.
I'm really afraid this year's crisp weather might have ended.
I noticed last night at a parking area of a supermarket that my bike was
surely brought down by someone .... or something.
But I have no evidence showing who or what did that............heck.

I was also able to keep 18-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and over

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya today, but I don't like today's
weather very much because it's actually humid.
Very happily, the pain I got in my low back on Monday has almost completely
gone and I was able to do push-ups without any fear of the pain.
However, the pain in my neck is still here and it's really persistent.
Anyway, I have to enjoy sunny weather more before the rainy season starts.
