I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and twelve days in a row.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by just one time to 23 times,
and kept more than 17-time push-ups for the fifty-ninth straight day.

It's started raining in Nagoya though it was not raining on my way to the workplace.
I feel it's still a little cold but actually I saw some cherry blossoms have begun blooming.
Anyway, yesterday was a day off work for me and I went to Hikone Castle in Shiga Prefecture.
I could enjoy a great view of Lake Biwa, which I had been wanting to see, from the top floor
of the castle keep or Tenshu-kaku in Japanese.
Well,...I will not forget its very steep stairs.

I have a tight schedule today, so I cannot afford to be here any longer.

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and ten days in a row.
I also was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eleventh consecutive day and
at least 18-time push-ups for the fifty-seventh successive day.

Though I feel it's still a little cold, surely spring warmth is coming.
Two days have passed since the illuminating of cherry blossoms along the Yamazaki River started.
Actually I'd like to try taking a look at the illuminated cherry buds....but
I have a limited budget to go there, so I've decided to wait for some more days.
Anyway, the season of cherry blossoms in Nagoya is just around the corner.

It has been six years and one hundred and nine days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the fifty-sixth straight day
including the latest ten days of 22 times of them.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today but still I feel a little cold due mainly
to the windy weather.
The cherry trees on my way to the workplace still have no signs of blooming.
Again, I have to say Mizuho Ward officials mush have made an error in judgment
when they decided from when to when they should illuminate the cherry blossoms
along the Yamazaki River.
According to a TV program, they will light up them from yesterday to April 4,
when they may not be in full bloom.

Six years and one hundred and eight days in a row have passed since I got rid of smoking habit.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day and
more than 17-time push-ups for the fifty-fifth successive day.

Surprisingly, it's still rather cold for March and there is almost no cherry
blossoms on the cherry trees on my way to the workplace.
Mizuho Ward is supposed to start illuminating the cherry trees along the
Yamazaki River, where I think there are no cherry flowers there.....
I think the ward should postpone doing that by one week, but actually I well know
they cannot....ward offices are inflexible.

It's cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya and I actually feel it's cold.
It's gradually getting cloudy and no doubt the weather is going to take a turn for the worse.
And I'm sure this year's March is much colder than usual and so, I'm afraid
this year's spring might be shorter.....But another way of looking at it, too, is that
the season of cherry blossoms might be longer, which must be good in that case.

It's greatly sunny again in Nagoya but actually I feel a little cold
due maily to the north wind.
I was lucky because it was following wind while riding my bike on my way
to the workplace, but of course, on my way back home, it must be headwind.
Anyway, this year's March might be colder than usual....I'm afraid
the season of cherry blossoms might come later than average year.
