It has been ten years and fifty-three days in a row since I
stopped smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and thirty-seventh consecutive day including the most
recent twenty days of 20-time push-ups.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya but I feel
that it is pretty cold although the current temperature is
as high as 8 degrees, which is much higher than that of
this time yesterday.
I think that I tend to easily get angry against various
things especially when it is cold.
So, I have to gain consciousness of pulling together myself.

Ten years and fifty-two days in a row have passed since I broke
free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the nineteenth successive
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and thirty-
sixth straight day.

A little surprisingly, I saw a thin layer of snow on the ground
just when I was about to leave my home in the morning.
I remebered this year's coldest morning about three weeks ago
when the lowest temperature was minus 3.3 degrees.
Compared to that morning, this morning was lesser cold.
Even so,....my fingers were freezing while I was riding my bike
on my way to the workplace.....I am really longing for spring.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten years
and fifty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one year and
thirty-fifth consecutive day including the lastest eighteen days
of 20-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel that it is very cold
maybe because the wind is in the north and it is pretty strong.
The current temperature in Nagoya is as low as 4.1 degrees, down
about 10 degrees from this time the day before yesterday.
However, the first day of spring according to the calendar is just
around the corner, which is February 3 this year.
As a side note, this is the first time in 124 years that Risshun
falls on February 3, which is normally Feb 4.

I have been able to do without smoking for ten years and
fifty days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and thirty-fourth straight day including the most
recent seventeen days of 20-time push-ups.

It is now normally cloudy in Nagoya although it was quite
overcast and dark just when I left my home by bike for
the workplace in the morning.
I feel that it is very cold and weather information on the
Internet says that the current temperature is 7.2 degrees,
down 7 degrees from this time yesterday.
However, I have noticed that the length of daytime is
steadily getting longer and longer little by little.
I have also noticed that some flowers of Japanese apricot
trees have started blooming.

I have been able to keep smoke-free for ten years and
forty-nine days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the sixteenth
consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for the
one year and thirty-third successive day.

After it continuted to rain from last nihgt to early this
morning to a few hours before I left home, it is now
completely sunny in Nagoya.
I feel that it is abnormally warm.
And little wonder, the current temperature is as high as
14.2 degrees and weather reports say that the highest
temperature will top 16 degrees, which is higher than
yesterday by 1.6 degrees.
However, I must not get accustomed to this warm weather
because we are still in January.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for ten years and
forty-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the one
year and thirty-second straight day including the latest
fifteen days of 20-time push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it is greatly and beautifully
sunny in Nagoya today again.
However, I met several crazy drivers while riding by my
bike on my way to the work, which completely broke my spirit.
At least on such a nice day, it will not hurt to enjoy a
relaxed and safe drive.

gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the thirteenth
consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups for the one year
and thirtieth successive day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since last night and it is
a very cold rain.
I must have been very lucky because I didn't have to wear
a pair of raincoats while I was riding my bike on my way
to the workplace in the morning since it was overcast but
with no rainfall.
I really want it to stop raining .... now.

quit smoking.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and twenty-ninth straight day including the most recent
twelve days of 20-time push-ups.

It has been raining since early this morning in Nagoya and
it is a cold rain with the predicted highest temperature
of as low as nine degrees, up one degree from last night's
forecasts.
Very unhappily, weather officials say it will continue to
rain for two full days or today and tomorrow.
Anyway, only one good thing on a rainy day is higher humidity,
which is said to be good for cold prevention.
