I managed to resume push-ups yesterday from 29 times, down one time from the previous record
and I hope to continue them and increase the number little by little.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 262 days in a row.
It's actually sunny?.....rather it's cloudy.
Because coulds sometimes block sunshine, I feel a little milder today than usual August days.
Actually I may have had a cold ....and a sore throat....Is this also a sign of fall coming?
