I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
one hundred and forty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the twenty-first straight day
and greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and twenty-seventh
consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again and I feel that it has finally
got warm just like spring.

According to news reports on the Internet, Sharp has been flooded with
applications for face masks.
The winning percentage is less than 1 percent, which demonstrates that
Japan has been facing a severe shortage of face masks.
I'm wondering why the government has not decided to introduce a rationing
system for all people to get a minimum number of face masks.
Does this mean that face masks are not really effective against the spread
of the coronavirus??????

sixth successive day includign the most recent twenty days of 21-time push-ups.

It is greatly, beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I feel that sunlight is warm.
I know well that prefectural governors are making desperate efforts to prevent
the spread of the new coronavirus, but they cannot be too careful about ways
to say things in order to ask for a voluntary ban especially on leaving home.
They have to remember that there are always possibilities of constituting a
violation of fundamental human rights including freedom of movement.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again, but I feel it is colder than
yesterday though I don't know the reason.

News reports say that the number of robberies is increasing due mainly to
the job loss caused by the coronavirus-related economic impact.
I think that if Japan had introduced a Minimum Income system, it would be
significantly effective in order to prevent an increase in such crimes.
A Minimum Income system will surely make a society more resistant to various
kinds of natural disasters, human-made disasters, and prevailing epdemic.

I've noticed that there were much more pedestrians, bikers and drivers
on my way to the workplace this morning than usual.
And I also noticed that there were much more people who were walking
and jogging as well as working.
I am wondering that a kind of mental fatigue caused by voluntary restraint
might be steadily accumulating.

since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the seventeenth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the one hundred and twenty-fourth
consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today and it is much warmer than yesterday
with the predicted highest temperature of 23 degrees.
The day before yesterday, I went to one of the Yoshidzuya shopping malls
in order to have my hair cut at a cost of 1,100 yen including tax.
As is to be expected, the store was not crowded....which I am sure is good
in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
At the same time, I am really afraid of an adverse impact on the economy.

Nine years and one hundred and thirty-eight days in a row have passed
since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and twenty-
second successive day including the most recent twenty-six days of
20-time push-ups.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel it is pretty cold.
Especially, it was very very cold last night and I felt it was winter
while I was riding my bike on my way home from my workplace.
Today, Nagoya saw a very cold morning with the lowest temperature of
4.7 degrees, down as many as 6.6 degrees from average year.
I really want the latest weather forecasts to come true, which says
it will get much warmer tomorrow with the highest temperature of 20 degrees.

It was greatly sunny while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace,
but now it has become cloudy and I feel it is a little cold.
Weather ladies say it will rain at around 3 p.m. in Nagoya.
I am planning to go a barbar shop to have my hair cut, but if it rains,
I may have to give up my plan.
Still, I have not received my Abenomask....
Reports say Abenomasks are being recalled....OMG.

Finally, I saw store shelves filled with toilet paper at a famous
drugstore today for the first time in a very long time.
But they have still no masks.

A government expert panel announced ten points to avoid human contact
by 80%, which include, as the tenth most important thing, wearing a
face mask in having a conversation.
I have to say, it is after the government has secured enough masks
for the public INCLUDING ME that such a thing is announced.
....I have to say this with anger INSIDE.
Because the government has not been making desperate efforts to secure them.
At least, they should have announced that after an Abenomask has been
delivered to me.....Where is my Abenomask now?
