Eight years and twenty-one days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the twenty-ninth consecutive day and
at least 15-time push-ups for the seventy-second successive day.
It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight but actually I feel
it's pretty cold with the predicted highest temperature of 7 degrees, up
more than 2 degrees from yesterday.
2018 is just about to end and 2019 is just around the corner.
I well remember that this year started with my catching cold on January 1st
and I lost my watch on January 2nd.
I really hope that the end of this year and the beginning of the next year
will be accident-free.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and twenty days in a row.

It had been snowing in Nagoya since early this morning until around 11 o'clock.
This morning was the coldest with the lowest temperature of minus 0.6 degrees.
While I was riding a bike on my way to the workplace, it was sometimes
snowing and sometimes raining, which was a very cold rain.
But very fortunately, I managed to ride my bike without wearing a pair of
raincoats though I got a little wet.

It has not snowed so far against yesterday's weather forecast.
According to someimages of the movement of rain clouds on the Internet,
in the neighboring Mie prefecture, it might be raining or snowing now.
People in Nagoya must be lucky because there is no snowfall or no strong wind.

with the predicted highest temperature of as high as 11 degrees.
However, weather ladies say the severe cold air mass will cover the Tokai
region tomorrow and it will get much colder.
I feel a little relieved that they forecast that Nagoya might not see snowfall.
And the sore throat is getting better, so I have to be careful
about the worsening of the pain.

It was cloudy in the morning in Nagoya but now it's sunny with plenty
of sunlight with little breeze.
Very unfortunately, I've got a severe sore throat.
I'm afraid that I will not be able to have the start of a new year
in good physical condition.....OMG.
I well remember that I got a severe sore throat on January 1st this year.
I must be very unlucky ...... Anyway, I need rest today....maybe.

it saw the coldest morning in the winter this morning with the lowest
temperature of 0.6 degrees.
Very unhappily, I've got a canker again and it hurts.
I'm wondering the cause might be stress.
Recently, I've found I feel comfortable about not talking with anyone.
So, I guess the stress might come from disgusting people such as the callous,
evil drivers, cold callers and so on.
