I have been able to do without smoking for twelve
years and two hundred and thirty-two days in a row.
I intentionally decreased the number of push-ups to
10 times because of the gout pain in the base of my
right great toe, but I was able to keep over 9-time
push-ups for the three years and two hundred and
sixteenth consecutive day.

It must be lucky that it is cloudy in Nagoya today,
which means that some clouds are blocking the deadly
scorching direct rays of the sun.
However, the temperature at nine is almost 30 degrees.
I went to see a doctor and took a blood test.
I began taking medicine but still the gout pain is
severe.....I know it takes a long time.

I have been able to keep smoke-free for twelve years

I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and two hundred and fifteenth straight
day including the most recent five days of 21-time
push-ups.

Today again, it is deadly scorchingly sunny in Nagoya
although the shrilling of cicadas is pretty noisy.
The gout pain is so severe that I have decided to
do only 10 times of push-ups.
I have also decided to go see a doctor.
I really want the pain to disappear soon, but I
know it takes a long time to lower the level of uric
acid.

the three years and two hundred and fourteenth
successive day.

It is greatly or deadly scorchingly sunny in Nagoya
today again with the predicted highest temperatue of
37 degrees although yesterday's highest temperaure
was 37.6 degrees.
Very unfortunately, the gout pain is still here, and
it sometimes very severe and sometimes mild.
I am afraid that I may have to see a doctor.
