Push-ups: ３２
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I decreased the number of push-ups by one time to 32 times, but I could keep over-30-time
push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 235 days in a row.
According to a newspaper report, the rate of smoking population is about 20 percent, decreasing
the ratio for several years in a row.
Today, actually it's not too hot....but a little cloudy and rather windy maybe due to a typhoon.
I really want to do walking tonight since I have not done it enough these several days.
