I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and two hundred and three days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and eighty-seventh
straight day.

It is greatly but maybe deadly sunny in Nagoya.
According to the weather forecast on the Yahoo Tenki,
today's highest temperature in Nagoya will be 39 degrees,
and tomorrow murderously as high as 40 degrees.
Very unfortunately, I have got a slight low back pain
...probably because of carelessness caused by this heat.

I'm afraid I'm feeling lazy for some reason.
...Probably, I have not got acclimatized to this scorching heat.

It has been eleven years and two hundred and one days
in a row since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
two years and one hundred and eighty-fifth consecutive
day including the latest three days of 20-time push-
ups.

Very surprisingly or no wonder, this year's rainy
season or Tsuyu ended yesterday, which is the second
earliest since records began to be taken down.
As they say, the first ten days after the end of the
rain season are the most dangerously or deadly hot,
"Tshuyu ake Touka" in Japanese.
So, I really have to be careful to guard against
dehydration and heat attack....as well as the corona
virus, of course.

Eleven years and one hundred and ninety-nine days in
a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I decreased the number of push-ups by four times to
20 times due mainly to the murderous summer heat, and
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and one hundred and eighty-third straight day.

Finally, it is overcast and dark in Nagoya now.
I thought that it looked like it was going to start
raining soon just ten minutes ago, and now it has
started raining.
It must be good that rain clouds are blocking the
strong sun which always brings the murderous heat
in summer, and because of the clouds, actually the
current temperature is about 27 degrees, which means
I can be alive.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and one hundred and ninety-eight
days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the fourth
consecutive day and more than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and one hundred and eighty-second
successive day.

Unbelievably, the current temperature, as of 10 a.m.,
has already reached 32 degrees.
Today will be the hottest day in Nagoya this year
with so-called murderous heat.
I have decided to stop regular walking and decrease
the amount of physical exercise to preserve my energy.
