I really managed to increase the number of push-ups by two times to 30 times, and kept over-
25-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 249 days in a row.
I was going to do over-50-minute walking last night, but actually I was caught in a shower on
my way home, so I stopped doing walking after I walked for 35 minutes.
It had been very heavily raining since last night until this morning, and now actually it's
quite nice, I mean...sunny.
According to weather reports, the highest temperature in Nagoya will be under 30 degrees, and
now it surely is under 30 degrees....Honestly I feel relieved.
