Six years and three hundred and fifty-six days in a row have passed since I decided against smoking.
I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the eighth successive day and over 15-time
push-ups for the three hundred and third straight day.


It was quite cloudy and a little dark in the morning, but now it's cloudy
and sometimes sunny in Nagoya.
The predicted highest temperature is 16 degrees and so indeed it's not too cold.
According to weather forecasts, from tomorrow, it'll get much colder, so
I really have to be careful not to catch a cold.
Acutally, I have had a sore throat a few times this winter.
And now, I'm wondering if I should start to use an air conditioner at home
and an electric foot warmer at work.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and fifty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the three hundred and second
consecutive day including the latest seven days of 25 times of them.

It was raining in the morning in Nagoya, sometimes heavily and sometimes small rain.
Now it's stopped but it's really dark due to thick rain clouds.
I'm afraid it looks like it's going to start raining pretty soon though weather
officials say it will be just cloudy in Nagoya in the afternoon.
Anyway, yesterday's weather forecasts that today's highest temperature would be
18 degrees have not proved right.....Shit.＾＾；；；

I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the sixth successive day and at least
15-time push-ups for the three hundred and first straight day.

It's greatly sunny in Nagoya today and I felt this morning's cold was rather
milder than usual mornings in late November.
Actually now too I feel it's a little warmer than yesterday just like weather
ladies said last night today's highest temperature would be nearly 18 degrees.
I didn't bring three items of clothing to my workplace because I really wanted
to believe their forecasts would be right.
Anyway, I have to enjoy today's milder coldness or a little warmth before this
year's full-feldged wintry cold comes.

consecutive day including the most recent four days of 25-time push-ups.

It's normally sunny in Nagoya today and I feel it's cold though weather forecasts
say the highest temperature today will be 14 degrees or more.
I hope the forecasts have to be absolutely right since I need much more warmth.
I'm afraid I might have been a heterothermic animal....JUST KIDDING.＾＾；；；

I was able to keep 25-time push-ups for the third successive day and more than
15-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-eighth straight day.

It's greatly sunny today in Nagoya but actually these few days are pretty windy.
The predicted highest temperature here is twelve degrees, but I feel a little cold.
Still now, I have not started using an electric foot warmer though I usually start
to use it in late October or early November.
This year's November is maybe the coldest, I think.
But I have managed to do without using it and actually I have not used an air
conditioner at home, either.
....But...I might start using it today.

I was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the two hundred and ninety-seventh
consecutive day including the latest two days of 25 times of them.

It rained off and on yesterday in Nagoya, but today it's beautifully sunny
though the winds are a little strong and very cold.
I don't like this time of the year because the length of daytime is getting
shorter and shorter to the shortest until late December.
This year's Midwinter occurs December 22nd on Friday, just four weeks from today.
I really hope I can cheerfully survive these four weeks.
