Yesterday I went to Nagoya Science Museum and enjoyed its planetarium
for the fist time in about three months.
I also enjoyed its laboratory for extreme cold or Gokkan Labo and
another famous laboratory for electric discharge or Houden Labo.
I enjoyed both of them for the second time.
I especially like Houden Labo because I feel excited at the extremely
loud noise and beautiful discharge lights.

It has been six years and one hundred and sixty-nine days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and sixteenth
successeve day including the latest two days of 22-time push-ups.

After two rainy days, it's greatly sunny in Nagoya today.
Unlike the rainy days, it's really crisp and the breeze is brisk and soft.
The physical fatigue from the 4-hour walking is finally about to disappear,
but actually I still feel just a little tiredness.
Very luckily, I will be able to have three days off in a row from tomorrow.
I really hope to spend them meaningfully.

Six years and one hundred and sixty-eight days in a row have passed since I broke free from cigaretts.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just one time to 22 times and
kept at least 16-time push-ups for the one hundred and fifteen consecutive day.

It's been raining since yesterday in Nagoya and I had to wear a pair of raincoats
for the second successive day.
Very happily, I feel the fatigue from the 4-hour walking is much milder than I
felt two years ago.
I guess it might have been effective for me to take some energy drink and jelly
before, during and after the walking.
Anyway, I hope the fatigue will disappear as soon as possible.
