It has been three years and eighty-two days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I could keep over one set of fourteen-time push-ups for fifty-six days
straight including the last four days of one set of seventeen-time push-ups.
Happily, the weather prediction has come true.
It's greatly sunny and with temperatures of around thirteen degrees.
Weather forecasts say the highest temperatue in Nagoya will be 17 degrees,
which is really spring-like in April.
But actually, I'm afraid wintry cold will come back soon.....
I'll really have to be careful not to catch a cold....Maybe you too.

Three years and eighty-one days in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I kept one set of seventeen-time push-ups for three consecutive days and over
one set of fourteen-time push-ups for the fifty-fifth successive day.
I could do over 70-minute walking for the first time in a very long time.
It's been raining in Nagoya since early-morning hours, but actually it's not
a cold rain, I feel.
Warm and moist winds from the south are coming according to weather reports.
Anyway, I'm looking forward to tomorrow because weather forecasts say the
highest temperature will be around 17 degrees.
The prediction has to hit the mark, I think.

I could keep no-smoking for three years and eighty days in a row.
I also could keep one set of seventeen-time push-ups for the successive day
and over one set of them for fifty-four days straight.
Wintry cold is actually much milder than yesterday and tomorrow it will be
rainy but much warmer than today according to weather reports.
But I'll have to be careful not to catch a cold due to carelessness....
actually, I've got a little sore throat ....I should not have taken off one
nightwear before sleep last night.

It has been three years and seventy-nine days in a row since I quit smoking.
I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time to one set of
seventeen-time push-ups and kept over one set of fourteen-time push ups for
the fifty-third consecutive day.
Actually, I felt not-so-cold while riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Wintry cold may have ended...........I really hope so.
It would be better not to believe that, because, if so, I will definitely get
disappointed.
