I really managed to resumed push-ups after a three-day break from 29 times, down one time from
the previous record, and I hope to continue them as long as possible.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 253 days in a row.
It's cloudy and August heat is much milder than yesterday's highest temperature of 34 degrees.
I've notece that the singing of cicadas has become very weakened...
So, may I be sure that the summer is about to end?
Anyway I'm really looking forward to autumnal weather and I hope to go somewhere when it gets mild.
