I did 20-time push-ups last night and could keep over-20-time push-ups for the eleventh
straight day and no-smoking for one year and 81 days in a row.
After a little hard rain, it's greatly sunny in Nagoya and weather reports say the highest
temperature will be around 15 degrees.
I was planning to go and enjoy ume apricot flowers, but I've decided not to simply because
the flowers are not enough open, which means this winter has been unusually cold.

I tried increasing the number of push-ups by three times to 23 times and kept over-20-
time push-ups for the tenth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 80 days in a row.
Anyway it was very cold, and maybe the coldest morning in Nagoya this winter.
On my way to the work place, I found a heinous driver.
It would be better that one thinks all drivers are heinous, then many of accidents
will be prevented.

I did 20-time push-ups last night, down one time from the previous record, and kept over-
20-time push-ups for the ninth straight day for the first time in a long time.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 79 days in a row....but actually I sometimes feel
like smoking as a strong desire.
Anyway, it's very cold and windy, and I hope this wintry chill will be the last before
spring has come.

special yesterday despite the triple-7 number.
Anyway spring is steadily and surely coming and I'll have to make plans to enjoy this
year's Japanese apricot and cherry blossoms.

It's greatly warm and sunny for the first time in a very long time, and weather reports
say the highest temperature in Nagoya will be 16 degrees.
I've noticed that the opening of Japanese apricot flowers is rather later this year than usual.
So-called Ume-Festivals might be held without Ume blossoms this weekend....I'm afraid.
