Cigarettes:0
jogging on the spot :0 minutes

It has been four years and 235 days in a row since I stopped smoking.
Very unfortunately, the little pain in my low back is still here and especially
when I roll over while sleeping, I feel a little bit stronger pain.
Anyway, it's so hot and today's scorching heat may become the severest this summer
in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of 37 degrees at 3 p.m.
It must get dangerously hot.....I'm thinking of going somewhere to escape the heat.

Four years and 234 days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I've become afraid the pain in my low back may not completely disappear for the rest of my life.
It's very persistent and still now there is a very little pain there.
I really hope the pain will have completely gone away some day.
I started reviewing "Free Conversation" posted on k-sun's website in my room at home last night.
I found it pretty interesting....I had better have started it much sooner.
I hope to continue it by cutting back on the TV.

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 233 days in a row.
The pain I got 12 days ago has not completely gone yet, but it's not disrupting.
I enjoyed a 500-milliliter can of beer last night as a birthday gift for myself.
Anyway, I'd better stay young at heart.
Now, I have a dream.
I'd like to go to college again, but actually I have no funds....That's the problem.

It has been four years and 232 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I did an over-60-minute walking for the first time in a very long time and
I hope to make preparations for a middle-distance walking planned in autumn.
It's very hot indeed, but actually the highest temperature will not top 35 degrees,
which makes me feel dangerous to my life.
Anyway, we have eleven days before Risshu, so let's survive until then, first.

Four years and 231 days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
The pain in my low back may have been worsened a little, but I believe it will
completely disappear soon.
It's very hot and very humid today in Nagoya.
Every year around this year, many people are taken to hospital due maily to heat attack.
Now I'm wondering if I should flee into a cafe or somewhere.
Anyway, I really feel that a cold calling is all the more annoying because of such a muggy day.

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 230 days in a row.
Though there is a very little pain in my low back, I resumed a 35-minute
walking last nihgt and standing-on-one-foot for ten minutes each after
an interval of one week.
I hope I get used to a lifestyle with less burden on my low back.
Anyway, today may be the hottest day in a year in Nagoya with the
forecasted highest temperature of over 36 degrees.
Be careful and let's survive today, first.

It has been four years and 229 days in a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
One week has already passed since I got the pain in my low back and the pain is getting
milder and milder so that I can have a hope of complete recovery in a few days.
Anyway, it's very very hot in Nagoya with the predicted highest temperature of 36 degrees.
I really have to be careful about heat attack because a pain in the low back is one of
the typical symptoms of heat attack, I've learned.

Four years and 228 days in a row have passed since I broke my bad habit of smoking.
Though the pain in my low back is surely getting milder and milder, still it is here.
I'm wondering if I should resume standing-on-one-foot first and maybe I'll have to
do walking soon.
What needs to be regretted is not to do walking enough.
I think I have to have stronger and steadier low-back muscle.
Anyway, the day will come soon when the pain completely disappears.

I was able to keep no-smoking for four years and 227 days in a row.
The pain in my low back is steadily getting milder and milder to the degree
that I managed to slowly roll over in fear of a little pain while sleeping.
Anyway, I have to carry out some preventive measures against low back pain
including jogging-on-the-spot, standing-on-one-foot and continuous walking.
Anyway.......I really want the pain to disappear NOW.

It has been four years and 226 days in a row since I got rid of my smoking habit.
Actually, the pain in my low back may have been the worst yesterday.
It was so severe that I could not roll over well due to the pain.
Still I feel a little sharp pain there.
But very happily, the pain is getting milder very little by little.
I really want to become free of the pain as soon as possible.
