I really managed to increase the number of push-ups by one time to 32 times, and kept over-
30-time push-ups for the sixth straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 239 days in a row.
I might have got used to the summer heat since I feel the heat milder than yesterday although
the temperature now is higher than yesterday.
There has been no precipitation in Nagoya for many days...maybe several weeks, so
I really want some rain.
