Eleven years and eighty days in a row have passed
since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the
fourteenth successive day and at least 10-time
push-ups for the two years and sixty-fourth
straight day.

It was sunny in Nagoya while I was riding my
bike on my way to the workplace, but now it is
quite cloudy and it looks like it is going to
start raining pretty soon.
It is dark and cold, and I absolutely need much
more sunlight.
I would like to shout...Come right now, spring.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for eleven years and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the
two years and sixty-second consecutive day including
the latest twelve days of 20-time push-ups.

This morning's lowest temperature was as low as minus
1.4 degrees, down about 4 degrees from the average
year.
However, very happily, according to the weather
reports on the Internet, such a cold morning will be
the last and highest temperatures will be over 12
degrees, and sometimes even 15 degrees.
Spring must be right over there.

Very surprisingly, it was snowing just a little
while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace, but now it is greatly sunny in Nagoya.
Nagoya has seen snowfall many times during this
year's winter season, but I want to believe that
this morning's snowfall must be the last snow in
this winter season or Nagoriyuki.

Continuing from yesterday, it is quite overcast
in Nagoya and it is so dark that I have to turn
on the lights in my workplace.
It is pretty cold with the current temperature of
3.4 degrees, and actually I saw just a little
snowfall while riding my bike on my way here.
One good thing is that weather ladies say that
highest temperatures will be over 10 degrees from
Friday.....I have to believe this.

Surprisingly, today again, in sharp contrast to
yesterday when it was greatly sunny, it has been
completely overcast since early morning.
And it is very cold and it looks like, just as weather
ladies said last night, it is going to start snowing
soon.
I am very much afraid that I have to say this,
I have had enough winter cold.
