Ten years and one hundred and forty-one days in a row have
passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one
year and one hundred and tenty-fifth successive day and I
was able to increase the number of push-ups by just one
time to 23 times.

It has been raining in Nagoya since yesterday afternoon.
I do not feel that it is a cold rain, and little wonder
the current temperature is as high as 17 degrees despite
a lack of sunlight although I am now using an electric
foot warmer and wearing a winter jacket.
Anyway, I'll have to be very careful not to catch a cold.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for ten
years and one hundred and forty days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the eleventh straight
day and at least 10-time push-ups for the one year and one
hundred and twenty-fourth consecutive day.

It is a little dark and overcast in Nagoya and it looks like
it is going to restart raining at any moment.
It was raining very lightly while I was riding my bike on my
way to the workplace around 8:45 a.m. in the morning.
And actually I feel that it is pretty cold although the
current temperature is as high as 15.6 degrees.
Honestly, now I am wondering if I should use an oil heater.

It is greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya.
I feel that it is really crisp and little wonder the current
temperature is 20.5 degrees with the predicted highest
temperatue of 22 degrees, which I think is really perfect
weather condition.
The canker pain is still here, but happily, I really feel
that the pain is getting milder and milder.

day and more than 9-time push-ups for the one year and one
hundred and twentieth straight day.

It is pretty cloudy in Nagoya today and I feel that it is
just a little dark and I want a little more sunlight.
Very unfortunately, the canker pain I got several days ago
is still here in my mouth.
I badly bit the inside of my right cheek while eating biscuit.
The pain is almost unbearable.
I really want to have a meal without feeling a pain.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again, but unlike yesterday,
it is mild, which means, for example, the predicted highest
temperature is 21 degrees, down as low as about 7 degrees.
Actually, I went to Mie prefecture with my elder sister and her
husband in order to place my father's ashes and bones in a tomb
yesterday, and honestly, I still feel exhausted today.
