Thirteen years and one hundred and forty-five
days in a row have passed since I broke my
bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 31-time push-ups for the
fourth sccessive day and at least 10-time
push-ups for the two hundred and forty-ninth
straigh day.

It has been raining in Nagoya since early this
morning and I had to wear a pair of rain suits
while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace.
So, I decided not to do a walking scheduled for
this morning, and instead, I am going to study
English, which I think is a kind of "Work in
the fields on a sunny day, read at home on a
rainy day" or "Seikou Udoku" in a Japanese four-
character idiomatic compound.
