Thirteen years and one hundred and fourteen days
in a row have passed since I kicked smoking.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-
ninth consecutive day and more than 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and eighteenth successive day.

It is sunnier in Nagoya today than it was yesterday.
As of 9 a.m., the temperature was already as high as
18.3 degrees, which has made me take off two items
of winter clothing.
I am planning to go to the Yamazaki-gawa riverside
in the near future to enjoy cherry blossoms, which
I do every year.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and one hundred and thirteen
days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups
for the two hundred and seventeenth straight day
including the latest twenty-eight days of 23-time
push-ups.

This time, without any doubt, spring has come.
It is sunny in Nagoya with some clouds in the blue
sky and it is absolutely warm with the current
temperature of almost as high as 18 degrees.
Very happily, the buds on the cherry trees in a
park on my way to the workplace have turned their
color to lime green, which means that it is highly
likely that I can enjoy cherry blossoms tomorrow
at the earliest.

I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and one hundred and eleven days in a row.
I was able to keep 23-time push-ups for the twenty-
sixth consecutive day and at least 10-time push-ups
for the two hundred and fifteenth successive day.

It has been overcast in Nagoya since early this
morning and I feel that it is a little dark.
So I am sure that the weather is going to take a turn
for the worse, and it might start raining soon.
Anyway, while I was riding my bike on my way to the
workplace this morning, I was, as is often the case,
nearly killed by a crazy female driver as she whose
car was coming from the opposite direction overtook
a biker on a narrow curve with poor visibility.
Based on my experience, I may say that the woman
is very dangerous because she was driving her car
"casually" recklessly.

Completely unlike these past several days, it is
greatly and beautifully sunny in Nagoya for the
first time in a long time.
There are almost no clouds in the blue skies with
the current temperature of 16.2 degrees, which
made me take off three items of winter clothing
while I was enjoying a total of 80-minute walking
in the morning.
I know very well cherry blossoms are now about
to bloom.
