I have been able to do without smoking for eleven years
and two hundred and ninety-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the ninth
consecutive day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and seventy-seventh successive day.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya since early this morning
and it is now pretty dark and it looks like it is going to
start raining pretty soon although weather ladies said last
night that it would not be rainy.
I have noticed that almost all cherry leaves on my way to
the workplace have already completely fallen.
I am wondering that it is too early.

day including the most recent six days of 21-time push-ups.

Today again, it is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and I
felt a little cool or just a little cold when I got up.
There were almost no clouds in the blue skies while I
was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
The rice ears have already become gold and are bowing.
If I remember right, rice ears will be harvested soon
in Gifu prefecture.
I have to enjoy autumnal weather because this season
will pass away too quickly.

consecutive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and two hundred and seventy-third
successive day.

After a long, warm rain in Nagoya, there are completely
no clouds in the blue skies and so it is greatly
beautifully sunny today.
It is crisp, which means it is not too hot or too cool.
It is comfortably warm.
However, just as they say in Japan that the weather in fall
is changeable, weather ladies say Nagoya may see rainfall
as early as next Tuesday.
Anyway, I really want scorching heat not to come back.
