I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years
and fifty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the tenth straight day and
at least 10-time push-ups for the thirty-seventh consecutive day.

After a few much warmer days, it is sunny and I feel it is cold today in Nagoya.
Weather ladies say the weather will return to normal next Wednesday
with predicted lowest temperature of zero or less and highest temperature
of below 9 degrees, so I really have to be careful not to catch a cold
and of course about the new type of coronavirus.
Well, would it be better for me to avoid crowds as much as possible?

I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the thirty-fourth straight
day including the most recent seven days of 20-time push-ups.

After a cold rain last nigh, it is quite cloudy today in Nagoya.
It is cold and it looks like it is going to start raining soon again.
According to weather reports, it snowed in the Kanto region.
Fortunately or Unfortunately, Nagoya has not seen snowfalls this winter,
where it usually sees snowfalls around three times per winter.
I'm afraid that Nagoya might get much hotter this summer.

I was able to keep smoke-free for nine years and forty-nine days in a row.
I was also able to keep 20-time push-ups for the sixth consecutive day
and more than 9-time push-ups for the thirty-third successive day.

It has been cloudy in Nagoya and I feel it is very cold although the lowest
temperature was as high as 6.8 degrees, which weather information says is
usually marked in early April.
I think the reason why I feel cold may be that the thick clouds are blocking
sunlight and a huge mass of rain clouds are coming from the south to the north.
Anyway, I really hope those rain clouds will pass away as soon as possible.
I am in dire need of much more sunlight.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and forty-seven
days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the thirty-first
straight day including the latest four dayw of 20-time push-ups.

I feel it is greatly and breautifully sunny in Nagoya, and I am sure
that today is one of the most peaceful days in my life.
I've felt peaceful for the first time in more than 4 years.
I really want to drink some beer and eat something good tonight before
going to bed, and I will most surely do so, because this morning, I was
able to park my bike in that common space without seeing anything there.

It has been nine years and forty-six days in a row since I shook
off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the third consecutive day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the thirtieth successive day.

After a cold rain, today it is normally sunny in Nagoya with the
lowest temperature of as high as 7 degrees, which was abnormally
warmer than usual for a certainty.
Actually, I felt sweaty a little while riding my bike on my way
to the workplace in the morning.
But I must not get used to this mild weather simply because today
is still January 24th, which should be one of the coldest days of
the usual year.
