Three years and 296 days in a row since I quit smoking.
I took the courage to try increasing the number of push-up by just one time
to 28 times and kept more than 22-time push-ups for the tenth successive day.
Very happily, it's again so beautifully sunny in Nagoya that I really want
such nice days to continue ...... forever.＾＾；；；
Anyway the typically autumnal period is usually very short, so I have to
enjoy it definitely.

I was able to keep no-smoking for three years and 295 days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 22-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day
including the last three days of 27-time push-ups.
It's agian greatly and beautifully sunny today and I've made a plan to go
somewhere to enjoy walking.
I really hope there will be no clouds on the planned day...if it's cloudy,
I may stop doing that...because the plan's main point is to enjoy a view.
Anyway,...well....I will stop it if I oversleep on that day.＾＾；；；

It has been three years and 294 days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the second successive day and
more than 22-time push-ups for the eighth straight day.
It's beautifully sunny and greatly crisp with moderate humidity in Nagoya
today, and I really hope to enjoy such a fine day.
Autumnal crisp weather will not continue long, so I have to make a plan
to do walking as soon as possible.

It's greatly sunny and crisp todday like one of the typical fall days.
I think telemarketing will be out-of-date because telemarketing calls by
some notorious companies and many unknown firms have made the public
develop a distrust of them.

It's basically sunny and sometimes cloudy with lower humidity than yesterday.
I've noticed that the color of rice ears is turning yellower and yellower,
which means it's getting into the deep autumn.
Well, anyway, I have to enjoy the autumnal weather.

I really managed to increase the number of push-ups by only one time to
26 times and kept over 22-time push-ups for the fifth successive day.
After a very heavy rain in Nagoya early this morning, it's beautifully
sunny now with higher humidity than ususal.
The Higashiyama Line of Nagoya City-run subway is actually suspended due
to water immersion.
I guess there may be a man-made source instead of natural disaster because
Nagoya Station is actually not vulnerable to weather conditions...I hope so.
