Although it's very hard for me, I tried increasing the number of push-ups by only one time
to 28 times, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 258 days in a row.
Reports say today is "Shosho" which means this year's summer heat will disappear and it'll
get cool in the early morning and evening...........But, actually, not.(lol)
Never mind, things do not always go as planned.
