I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and eighty-one days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and sixty-fifth straight day including the
latest two days of 21-time push-ups.

It is very beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are
completely no clouds in the blue skies.
I feel sure it is getting warmer and warmer little by
little day after day.
In fact, the current temperature is 10.1 degrees, up
2.7 degrees from this time yesterday.
I am really looking forward to spring warmth.

I have been able to do without smoking for the twelve
years and eighty days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by just
one time to 21 times, and kept at least 10-time push-ups
for the three years and sixty-fourth successive day.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya with the current
temperature of over 6 degrees, up about one degree from
this time yesterday.
And I feel happy to be sure that yesterday's weather
forecasts will come true that today's highest temperature
will be 14 degrees, which must be the one that heralds the
arrival of spring.

push-ups for the three years and sixty-third consecutive
day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again with the current
temperature of 5.6 degrees, 2.5 degrees down from this time
yesterday, but according to weather ladies, today's cold
will be the last winterly chilliness.
Tomorrow I can welcome springlike warmth, which I have
been awaiting for a very very very long time.

Completely unlike yesterday, it is beautifully sunny in
Nagoya and it must be a typically winterly sunny day with
a little cold north wind.
Very happily, I have noticed that the small buds on the
cherry trees on my way to the workplace have begun growing
little by little, and I am sure spring is steadily coming.

It has been twelve years and seventy-seven days in a row
since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the
three years and sixty-first successive day including the
most recent two days of 15-time push-ups.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya since this morning,
and it is pretty dark and it looks like it is going to
start raining soon although weather ladies said that it
would start raining in the afternoon.
After the seven-day home health-care, indeed, the
accumulated fatigue must have gone, but now I have to
deal with accumulated work.
