Thirteen years and two hundred and ninety-six days
in a row have passed since I broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
one year and thirty-fourth successive day including
the most recent two days of 28-time push-ups.

Although the road was wet with rain when I got out
of bed this morning, it had stopped raining by then.
It has been quite overcast in Nagoya and it looks
like, today again, it is going to start raining
pretty soon maybe due mainly to the typhoon #17.
The canker pain is really persistent and actually
it hurts still even now.
Anyway, I know well that time is the only medicine
for this pain.....There is no option, I'm afraid.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking
for thirteen years and two hundred and ninety-five
days in a row.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by
one time to 28 times yesterday and kept over 9-time
push-ups for the one year and thirty-third consecutive
day.

It has been quite cloudy since early this morning
in Nagoya, and with gray clouds blocking sunlight,
it is rather dark, which means that it looks like
it is going to start raining pretty soon.
Very unfortunately, the canker pain that I got on
Monday evening is still here and actually hurts.
I tried sprayed the canker with Nodo Nuru Spray.
I feel that it has worked a little.
I really want it to disappear as soon as possible.

I have been able to do without smoking for thirteen
years and two hundred and ninety-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 27-time push-ups for the twenty-
fifth successive day and more than 9-time push-ups
for the one year and thirty-second straight day.

Although it was raining a little heavily in the
moring when I got out of bed, it stopped raining just
before I left my home for my workplace by bike.
Now it has been cloudy since then and sometimes sunny.
I am sure that it is lucky that the typhoon has
weakened into a tropical depression.
That is why I was able to do a total of 80-minute
walking by just before noon.
