I have been able to be a non-smoker for eleven years
and two hundred and sixty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the seventh
successive day and greater than 9-time push-ups for
the two years and two hundred and forty-ninth straight
day.

It is now brightly sunny in Nagoya although it was
raining half an hour ago.
I must be lucky because I had just a little rainfall
while I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace.
Since a few months ago, a man who appears to be in his
twenties had been standing for about 5 minutes every
day inside the parking space of my workplace, which
had made me feel scared.
So, today, I told him not to enter the site.
I really hope that this problem has been resolved by this.

It has been eleven years and two hundred and sixty-four
days in a row since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and forty-eight consecutive day
including the most recent six days of 20-time push-ups.

It is cloudy and sometimes sunny in Nagoya with the
current temperature of about 25 degrees, which is not
too hot since clouds are blocking sunlight.
It must be lucky for Nagoya that the typhoon is moving
away from Nagoya.
However, weather say rainy days will continue for as long
as more than one week....OMG.

Eleven years and two hundred and sixty-two days have
passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the fourth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the two
years and two hundred and forty-sixth straight day.

It is sunny and sometimes cloudy in Nagoya with the
current temperature of about 26 degrees and I feel that
humidity is getting lower and lower.
Which means that I am sure that the scorching summer
heat is steadily coming to an end.
Weather ladies say that Nagoya will see rainfall for
a week from tomorrow.
This must be a bad thing for walking.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
eleven years and two hundred and sixty days in a row.
I was able to keep more than 9-time push-ups for the
two years and two hundred and forty-fourth consecutive
day including the latest two days of 20-time push-ups.

It was pretty overcast in Nagoya and it is just a little
dark although weather ladies say it will not rain.
Last evening around 7 p.m. I was very unlucky because
I was completely caught in a sudden heavy rain with
shots of lightning and cracks of thunder.
And just about 30 minutes later, it stopped.
I know, I know, I cannot do anything about weather.
