I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and eighty-one days in a row.
I also was able to increase the number of push-ups by no more than one time
to 13 times and hope to keep this level as long as possible.

After yesterday's little rain, it's sunny again in Nagoya and very
happily, it's warm with the predicted highest temperature of 15 degrees.
Spring is surely and steadily coming now.
Though it may be too late, I'm planning to go and enjoy peach blossoms
tomorrow, and I really hope it will not be rainy.
And I have to start planning this spring's cherry blossom viewing.
I'd like to go somewhere that I have never been to.

It has been five years and eighty days in a row since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day and
12-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.

It's sunny again in Nagoya today but actually weather forecasts say it'll
be rainy in the evening around 7 p.m., I'm afraid.
I didn't bring a pair of raincoats and I will have to take a bus if the
forecasts proves right.
Now I'm still angry about the earphone jack because I cannot pay for the replacement,
which always makes me feel sad.

Five years and seventy-nine days in a row have passed since I gave up smoking.
I was able to keep 12-time push-ups for the fifth successive day and more than
9-time push-ups for the eighth straight day.

The day before yesterday, I had my TV checked by a store owner of an electric
appliance shop because I noticed my TV has a problem of bad electrical contact
of its earphone jack.
And yesterday he said it will cost 37,000 yen to replace the earphone jack.
I've got angry because it's unbelievably expensive, isn't it?
You may be able to buy another brand-new TV with the money.
I have to understand that TOSHIBA Regza is designed to cost 37,000 yen to replace
its earphone jack, and therefore, I've decided not to buy any TOSHIBA products
though I'm now using TOSHIBA refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven and so on.
I will never replace them with TOSHIBA products for ever.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for five years and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep over 9-time push-ups for the seventh consecutive day including
the latest four days of 12-time push-ups.

It is beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya and I enjoyed seeing the clear
mountains covered with snow in the distance.
I've noticed that the twinkling on the surface of the river on my way to the
workplace has been decreasing little by little, which means spring is steadily
drawing nearer and nearer.
Actually, I cannot afford to have regret at parting with winter cold and
I'm really looking forward to cherry blossoms.＾＾；

It's beautifully sunny today again in Nagoya.
Though weather reports say the highest temperature will be 10 degrees,
I feel it much warmer now and I think it's likely to be 12 degrees or more.
There are many street stalls near a shrine on my way to the workplace
because today is a shrine ritual and if I remember right, some 20 men
will take to the river near the shrine.
Anyway, I have to pray for their safety because it's still cold enough
to catch cold after taking to the river.

It's sunny and sometimes cloudy today in Nagoya but actually I feel it
a little warmer than usual February days.
Since I haven't done a walking these two days, so I have to do one today
before a low back pain comes back.
Last night I watched a TV program and saw Ms. Minami Tanaka for the first time on TV.
Actually, she is pretty indeed....and she has a little cheek, but I don't dislike her.
Well, she is funny, anyway, I think.
