Twelve years and one hundred and seventy-three days in
a row have passed since I quit smoking.
I was able to keep at least 10-time push-ups for the
three years and one hundred and fifty-seventh consecutive
day including the latest eleven days of 24-time push-ups.

Continuing from yesterday, it has been cloudy and just
a little dark in Nagoya though the current temperature
is almost 23 degrees, which means that it is not so hot
or not so cool.
As usual, today again, I saw many dangerous drivers on
my way to the workplace, and I really know well that
I have no choice but to give up about this matter.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for
twelve years and one hundred and seventy days in a row.
I was able to keep 24-time push-ups for the eighth
successive day and over 9-time push-ups for the three
years and one hundred and fifty-fourth straight day.

Although there are some clouds in the sky, it is mainly
sunny in Nagoya and I can still enjoy plenty of sunlight.
However, the weather is surely taking a turn for the
worse, and I have to get mentally prepared for the
coming rainy week.
Maybe I will not be able to enjoy walking for as long as
one week, so I'm afraid my leg muscle will weaken.

It is sunny in Nagoya and there are some clouds in the sky
but actually I can enjoy plenty of sunlight.
I am afraid that the weather is going to take a turn for
the worse, and weather officials say that Nagoya will see
rainfall for one week starting next Monday.
I guess that this year's rainy season might start in the
Tokai region very soon.
