I did over-60-minute walking for the third straight day, and managed to increase the number of
push-ups by just one time to 30 times and kept over-25-time push-ups for the fourth straight day.
I could keep no-smoking for one year and 260 days in a row.
It's greatly sunny but actually was not too hot while riding a bike on my way to the work place.
The humidity might be lowering day by day although weather forecasts say the days in this September
will still be like summer days....I really don't hope so.
