I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the twenty-first straight day
and over 17-time push-ups for the twenty-eight consecutive day.

After all, evil always triumhs over good in principle for several reasons.
I think you have only two ways.
One is to be steeped in evil and the other is not.

Six years and eighty days in a row have passed since I stopped smoking.
I was able to keep more than 17-time push-ups for the twenty-seventh successive
day including the latest twenty days of 21 times of them.

It is beautifully sunny in Nagoya and there are no clouds in the blue skies.
I could enjoy seeing mountains in the distance on my way to the workplace by bike.
The highest temperature will be 14 degrees again, which means I may be able to
take off a winter coat during the period at 14 degrees.
But very unfortunately, the weather is going to take a turn for the worse.
I'm very afraid of the latest forecast that this Thursday will be rainy
because I'm planning to enjoy a rare day off....Oh my.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and seventy-eight days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the eighteenth straight day and
at least 18-time push-ups for the twenty-fifth consecutive day.

It's brightly sunny today in Nagoya but actually I feel a little cold.
But I'm sure the sunshine is really springlike.
Even late-blooming Japanese plum trees on my way to the workplace have
finally started flowering.
Well, it's time to begin planning to go to the Nagoya Agricultural Center
to enjoy its applaudable blossoms.
Anyway, I may enjoy the feeling that spring is approaching.

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and seventy-seven days in a row.
I also was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the twenty-fourth successive day
including the most recent seventeen days of 21 times of them.

It's beautifully sunny now in Nagoya and I could see beautiful mountains
covered with snow in the distance, which I could never see in summer.
Anyway, I recognize one more time that trust is difficult to win and very easy to lose.
The worst thing for the callous is that they will not win trust for decades.
They asked for it.

Today I was lucky because it had stopped raining when I left home for my workplace by bike.
It is cloudy and dark just like it's going to start raining again, but weather ladies
say it will continue to be cloudy in Nagoya.
I really hope the forecast will come true.
I feel the wind is actually tepid.
I'm sure spring is steadily coming little by little.
However, I have to careful because the ladies also say it will get much colder tomorrow.
