I didn't do push-ups for the second straight day because I felt a little pain in my right third
finger due to a little internal bleeding.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 245 days in a row although I had a dream last night in which
I was smoking for the first time in one year and 244 days.(lol)
Actually it's apparently milder than usual August summer days.
I hope it will get milder and milder and over-35-degree scorching days will never come back again.
