twelve days in a row.
I was also able to keep 21-time push-ups for the sixth successive day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya now and I feel it looks like it is going to start
raining after a while.
And I think it is cold today with cold north wind.
It was very easy with a tail wind to ride a bike on my way to the workplace
in the morning, but actually, on the other hand, I'm very afraid that it
will be very hard with a headwind to ride my bike on my way back.
However, there is one good thing, which means the length of cherry blossoms
will be longer than usual......I would really love to believe that.

I was also able to keep 21-time push-ups for the fifth consecutive day.

It is cloudy in Nagoya today and I feel it is a little dark.
Weather ladies say it will start raining from four o'clock in the evening.
Yesterday, I went to a menswear store to buy a full-dress suit.
Its list price is about 40,000 yen but actualy it cost me nearly 20,000 yen.
Actually, I wore a rental full-dress suit at the funeral wake and funeral
for my father, which cost me some 7,000 yen.
I really should have bought such a full-dress suit before the funeral.

It has been eight years and one hundred and nine days in a row since I
overcame a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the third straight day.

It is sunny in Nagoya and it is not cold just like one of the days
for the cherry blossom season.
The cherry blossoms on my way to the workplace are still in one-tenth
bloom though they in Tokyo are already in full bloom.
I well remember that last year's cherry blossoms in Nagoya were in
full bloom on March 28, which means on this day last year.
Anyway, I think viewing of cherry blossoms in one-tenth bloom is not bad.

got rid of my smoking habit.

I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the second successive day.

It is beautifully sunny now in Nagoya and I feel pretty warm.

I was able to take off a winter jacket on my way to the workplace.

There are several cherry blossoms on cherry trees and I really felt spring

has come and I will be able to enjoy cherry blossoms very soon.

I'm planning to go to the Yamazaki river and I hope to go one more place

to enjoy them.....maybe somewhere in Gifu prefecture.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for eight years and

one hundred and seven days in a row.

I was able to resume push-ups from 21 times yesterday and jogging-on-

the-spot from 18 minutes.

Finally, the cherry trees on my way to the workplace have begun opening

their blossoms and their greeninsh buds are turning into being pinkish.

In one week, they may be in full bloom and in another week from then,

they will be falling.....a flower's life is short and especially, cherry blossoms'

life is too ephemeral.

Anyway, therefore, I have to enjoy them.

I didn't do push-ups yesterday simply because I was pressed for time, but
today I'm going to resume them again.

It is sunny in Nagoya and I felt a little warm for the first time in several
days on my way to the workplace.
I knew that funerals are very expensive and I have already paid for the
funeral wake and the funeral....Well, I think customs of expensive funerals
will fall into desuetude in the future.
I didn't feel so sad that my father died at the age of 93, but I felt
so sad that it is financially oppressive to hold a funeral ceremony.
.....In fact, I've told my elder sister not to hold a funeral for me.
