Daily Routine

Push-ups: ２８
Walking: ５３ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

Although it was very very hard for me, I tried increasing the number of push-ups by one time to
28 times, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the second straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 248 days in a row.
Weather reports say it'll be rainy in Nagoya in the afternoon, and indeed it's getting cloudy
after a sunny weather in the morning.
Maybe normal amount of rainy should be good for my summer life....actually I want some rain.
I may have drunk a little too much last night...I've got a headache and am rather thirsty.
....I must have a little hangover.
