I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and two hundred and
thirty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the second consecutive day and greater
than 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and nineteenth successive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya with plenty of sunlight for the first time
in a very long time, I feel.
I think the end of this year's rainy season will be announced in the very
near future, maybe today or tomorrow, I hope.
Actually, I am suffering from a canker pain inside my lower lip.
I'm wondering that I have been left feeing stressed recently by many
disgusting people including a certain foolish driver.

It has been nine years and two hundred and thirty-two days in a row
since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by two times to 18 times, and
kept over 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and sixteen successive day.

It has been quite cloudy since this morning in Nagoya and it looks like it
is going to start raining pretty soon.
According to weather reports on TV, this year's rainy season may come to an
end in Nagoya this Thurs day or as late as Friday.
I saw today again a crazy driver on my way to the workplace.
I've decided to start considering whether to begin studying how to start
a lawsuit in order to eliminate such dangerous drivers.
At least, I may have to buy a dashcam for my bike.

Nine years and two hundred and thirty-one days in a row have passed
since I broke free from smoking.
I was able to increase the number of push-ups by three times from yesterday
to 16 times, and kept more than 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and
fifteenth consecutive day.

It was raining on my way to the workplace in the morning, but actually
I didn't wear a pair of raincoats simply because it's a pain in the neck.
Now, it is sunny and sometimes cloudy.
I really hope it will not rain in the afternoon although weather ladies say
it is highly likely to start raining in the early afternoon.
The pain from the gout attack is steadily getting milder and milder,
which has made me feel really relieved.

I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and
two hundred and thirty days in a row.
I decreased the number of push-ups by as many as 10 times to 13 times due
maily to the severe pain from the gout attack, but I managed to keep greater
than 9-time push-ups for the two hundred and fourteenth straight day.

It was heavily raining in Nagoya last night, but now it is sunny.
Weather ladies say Nagoya will see rainfall in the afternoon and it will
continue to rain all day on Monday.
I am wondering when on earth this year's rainy season ends?
By the way, the pain from the gout attack is still here.
I took LOXONIN and I feel the pain is getting milder and milder little by little.
I really hope the pain will completely disappear very soon.

It has been raining lightly in Nagoya since this morning, but actually it was
very heavily raining last night to the exthent that I felt a little fear.
Very unfortunately, I had a very severe gout attack last night for the first
time in a very long time, maybe about two years, and now I am suffering from
the excruciating pain, which I feel might be the severest that I have ever had.
I am afraid that I will have to avoid almost all kinds of exercie.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya with high humidity since this morning.
And it looks like it is going to start raining pretty soon.
Today again I saw three plastic bags of paper waste on the particular space
of the common space where everyone natually sees my bike is parking day after
day and month by month for several years.
Naturally, I should suspect a certain person of the third floor did it on purpose.
Or he/she did it accidentally, which means callously.

the predicted highest temperature of 34 degrees, which means today
will be the hottest in this summer season as of today.
Today is Taisho and this will be literally true of today.
Anyway, we are still in the rainy season with high humidity, so
let's survive this scorching heat, avoiding dehydration and heat attack.
