I was able to keep no-smoking for eight years and two hundred and
sixty-five days in a row.
I was also able to keep greater than 18-time push-ups for the fourteenth
successive day including the latest eleven days of 22-time push-ups.

After a long heavy rain, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya today, but
actually I am now disgusted with those callous people, especially,
a woman who looks like an Indian.
She put a kind of cover on my bike's front basket to dry it.
Is it common in her country or ....is she a Japanese?
Anyway, I've now learned the hard way that it is very wise to trust no one.

I have been able to be a non-smoker for eight years and two hundred
and sixty-three days in a row.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the ninth straight day and
at least 19-time push-ups for the twelfth consecutive day.

After a long heavy rain yesterday, it is greatly sunny in Nagoya today
with the predicted highest temperature of 33 degrees.
While I was riding my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning,
I really felt it was too humid unlike one of the days in late August.
Weather ladies say the south winds from the typoon #12 is one of the major
contributing factors for the very high humidity.
Well, anyway, I connot do anything about weather.

It has been eight years and two hundred and sixty-one days in a row since
I got rid of my smoking habit.
I was able to keep over 18-time push-ups for the tenth successive day
including the most recent seven days of 22-time push-ups.

It was sunny in Nagoya in the morning but it is getting cloudier and
cloudier, and just as weather forecasts say, it looks like it is going
to start raining in the very near future....maybe a few hours later.
School children's summer vacation is about to end and honestly I feel
a little relieved because I will not have to worry about congestion
at many places including shopping malls and Mac restaurants.
In this sense, I'm looking forward to September 2nd this year.

Eight years and two hundred and sixty days in a row have passed since I
broke my smoking habit.
I was able to keep 22-time push-ups for the sixth straight day and more
than 18-time push-ups for the ninth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again though the temperatue is now
over 30 degrees with the forecasted highest temperature of 35 degrees.
In some of rice fields on my way to the workplace, greenish rice ears
have emerged and the rice fields have begun turning their color from
green to greenish yellow, and of course, other rice fields are still verdant.
Anyway, crisp autumnal weather is surely on its way.

not so humid, which means the weather is getting more and more bearable.
Recently, the corners of both my eyes have sometimes been tingled.
I've learned about allergy of rice plant pollen.
I'm wondering that I've got that kind of pollen allergy.
