I could successfully resume push-ups after a three-day break from 27 times, down four times
from the previous record, and I hope to continue them as long as possible.
I also could keep no-smokig for one year and 247 days in a row although I was really surprised
to have had a dream last night in which I was smoking two cigaretts in a row.(lol)
Anyway it was lucky yesterday that there was some precipitation around my work place yesterday.
But actually unlike weather forecasts it's rather greatly sunny today.
I really hope that the highest temperature will not surpass the 34 degrees.
