Daily Routine

Push-ups: ２９
Walking: ６３ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

Again, it's really so hard for me, but I tried doing 29-time push-ups, up one time from the
previous record, and kept over-25-time push-ups for the third straight day.
I also kept no-smoking for one year and 259 days in a row.
I don't know the reason, but I felt much hotter while rinding my bike on my way to the work
place, maybe because it's greatly sunny and there were no clouds in the sky then.
Anyway just like weather reports, I have to still be very careful about dehydration and heat stroke.
