Daily Routine

Push-ups: ０
Walking: ０ minutes
Standing with one leg　：９ minutes each
Cigarettes：０

I didn't do push-ups for the third straight day simply because it was so scorching that I would
not feel like doing any physical exercises including push-ups and walking.
I really want to resume them....if possible...today.
I kept no-smoking for one year and 252 days in a row.
It's still sunny and I hope that days when the highest temperature will be over 34 degrees
will never come again.
Anyway I'll still have to be very careful about dehydration and heat stroke.
