ブルース・スプリングスティーン「RAINMAKER」を僕なりに和訳しました。僕には難しかったけれど公式の対訳を参考にしながら僕なりに訳しました。
この歌のレインメーカーはおそらくトランプ大統領を意識していると思います。人々は苦しくなるとつい楽な方へと流れてしまう。あるいはわらをつかむ思いで単純な分かりやすい物に頼ってしまう。でも本当の助け方では無い。
今回のアメリカ大統領選挙でトランプが負けて良かったと僕は思います。ぎりぎりの所でアメリカの人たちの良心が勝ったのだと僕は思います。
ブルース・スプリングスティーンは民主党を支持している。政治の話をしなければいけないほどアメリカは危機なのだと思います。これからみんなが生きやすいアメリカ、そして日本も含めて良い世界に成って欲しいです。

ブルース・スプリングスティーン「THE POWER OF PRAYER」を和訳しました。分からない所は公式の対訳を参考にしました。この曲はピアノの音で始まり何か印象深い。歌詞は僕は分かりそうで分からないけれど毎日祈りながら生きている。そんなかわいらしさとたくましさの両方を僕は感じます。そして２人で天国に行くのだと。

ブルース・スプリングスティーン「JANEY NEEDS A SHOOTER」を和訳しました。この曲の和訳は僕には難しくて公式な対訳も見ながら訳したのだけど、その対訳も僕は疑問に思う所もあって僕なりに訳しました。間違っていたらすみません。
この曲は僕はあまり詳しくありませんがボブ・ディランぽいと思います。曲調もオルガン、キーボードの使い方などもボブ・ディランぽく僕は感じました。そして歌詞も僕はよく分かりませんがボブ・ディラン風に難解に感じました。
そして若い頃のブルースのこの曲の演奏を聴いてみたら当たり前だけどブルース・スプリングスティーンぽかったです。そして今の曲はくどいですがボブ・ディランぽいなと僕は思いました。でも歌詞にはブルースらしい体からの言葉のように僕は感じました。
