jogging-on-the-spot :26 minutes

I have been able to keep smoke-free for nine years and one hundred
and thirty-five days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the thirteenth straight day
and at least 10-time push-ups for the one hundred and nineteenth
consecutive day.

It is sunny in Nagoya but I feel it is pretty cold today maybe because
of the strong north wind, which made it a little easy for me to ride
my bike on my way to the workplace in the morning.

By the way, again, I have to say...Why can I buy a face mask?
And why do staff members of every kind of stores wear a face mask?
Do companies provide face masks to their staff members?
Then, how do the companies get face masks?????
Anyway, I need Abenomask and am looking forward to receiving it.

eighteenth successive day including the most recent twelve days of
21-time push-ups.

It has been quite cloudy in Nagoya and it looks like it is going to
start raining pretty soon.
It is a little dark and I need much more sunlight.
This year's April is surely much colder than average year and actually
I feel it is cold now to the extent that I feel like turning on a heater.

Anyway, I am looking forward to the 100,000 yen benefits to be slated
to be distributed by the government because my office is less than
1,000 square meters large and is not covered by any kind of cooperation
benefits.

a row since I overcame a bad habit of smoking.

It has been raining in Nagoya since last night but very luckily,
I was able to ride my bike without wearing a pair of raincoats
on my way to the workplace.
Of course, it was raining but actually it was a very light rain.
Even so, I had to stop riding my bike under an elevated bridge in
order to take shelter from rain for some 20 minutes.^^;
Anyway, I was able to avoid taking the time and energy to dry
my raincoats, which always makes me feel it's very troublesome.

It was a little raining in Nagoya while I was riding my bike on my way to
the workplace, and sometimes it rained heavily, but actually it is cloudy.
Anyway, I know there are a lot of discussions and debates about whether
or not it is good for the government to distribute two cloth face masks
person, but I am 100% sure that it is good, because I have not been able
to bought even one mask for a few months.

And also, I know there are a lot of discussions and debates about whether

per person, but I am 200% sure that it is good, because my office is not

of sunlight although weather ladies say it will rain in the evening.

The number of patients with the new coronavirus is steadily increasing.
I often hear that most of the patients have been wearing face masks....
I may guess that this means, after all, face masks are not effective.
I have to say again that if wearing face masks is important, the government
has to introduce a rationing system so that everyone can get them, not
two cloth masks per one person, but enough disposable paper masks.
I need them, but actually, still I can not buy one.

Under the circumstances related to the Covid-19, I think that flat benefit
is needed simply because all the Japanese people have more or less increased
costs against the virus or suffered an income-cut on one level or another.
And I have to say again that that's why Japan should take this opportunity
to introduce a Minimum Income System or Basic Income System to be a good
example for other countries.
