I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for nine years and one
hundred and twenty-four days in a row.
I was able to keep 21-time push-ups for the second straight day and more
than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and eighth consecutive day.

It is greatly sunny in Nagoya today again although weather ladies say that
Nagoya will see rainfall Sunday evening.
I practiced English for more than 5 hours yesterday for the first time in
about four months, which made me feel a sense of a little satisfaction.

I also went to a shopping mall yesterday by bus and I found that most people
were wearing a face mask though I wasn't.
I think that if face masks are effective against the coronavirus, the government
would make much more desperate efforts to produce and distribute them.
But the reality is that I still cannot buy even one face mask.
