I have been able to do without smoking for nine years and one hundred and

I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and sixth
successive day including the latest seventy-nine days of 20-time push-ups.
It is sunny in Nagoya and the highest temperatue is forecasted to be almost
20 degrees, but actually I feel it is a little cold though I don't know the reason.
I'm afraid I might have caught a cold.....This must be a needless fear.
Under the Covid-19-related circumstances, like everyone else, I also really do not
want to see a doctor.
Anyway, I cannot be too careful in order to avoid catching a cold or the virus.
