I have been able to be a non-smoker for nine years and one hundred and
twenty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred and
eleventh successive day including the latest five days of 20 times of them.
It is greatly sunny with plenty of sunlight in Nagoya but actually I feel
that it is pretty cold because of the strong north wind.
It was a little easy for me to come to my workplace by bike due to the
north tail wind, but on my way back home, I am afraid of the possible
strong headwid.
I have to say again that I still cannot buy only one face mask, so I
have not worn a mask anywhere although I want to wear one because of
a little symtom of pollen allergy.
I think those who have no symptoms should not wear a mask in order to
secure them for those who really need them including health-care professionals.
