Nine years and one hundred and eighteen days in a row have passed
since I broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep greater than 9-time push-ups for the one hundred
and second successive day inluding the latest seventy-five days of
20-time push-ups.

It is sunny in Nagoya but actually I feel it is very cold.
The predicted highest temperatue is as high as 15 degrees, but the
north wind is so strong that I feel as if it were winter now.
Considering the recent circumstances related to Covid-19, I really
do not want to catch a cold for the next few months.
First of all, I have to strongly guard against today's chill.
