蟹ぞうすい
蟹を使って簡単に作るカニ雑炊です。

➀ ボウルに卵1個を割り入れ、溶きほぐす。
②鍋に水、鶏ガラスープの素小さじ1・しょうゆ小さじ1を入れて中火で沸かし、ごはん、蟹30gを手でほぐし入れ弱火でごはん100gがやわらかくなるまで煮たら塩・ごま油小匙1を入れて混ぜる。
③➀を回し入れ、中火で卵に火が通るまで煮たら火から下ろす。
➃器に盛り付け、刻みネギを適量のせて完成。
