椎茸の保存方法
沢山収穫出来た場合乾燥保存も良いが、冷凍保存も使い方により色々な料理に良い。
➀収穫した椎茸の軸は固いので取り除き、フドープロセッサーで細かく砕きシチュー・スープ・ハンバーグ・餃子等に使うと良い。
②軸を取り除いたものは細かく切り1~2日太陽で軽く簡素して冷凍保存する。
*太陽に当てるとビタミンDが出来る。
